BlackSwan Capital is pleased to announce the official appointment of Stefanie L. Wurzer as Managing Director The corresponding resolution was passed at the shareholders’ meeting held at the notary’s office of Dr. Arno Weigand, where all required approvals were obtained and formally signed.
In her new role, Stefanie L. Wurzer will work alongside Chairman & CEO Martin Wolfram Steininger to further advance BlackSwan Capital’s international strategy and strengthen the firm’s global positioning.

She has professionally guided communication processes throughout all phases of fundraising and transaction processes and consistently integrated structured market and investor feedback into strategic decision-making.
