Throughout his career, Julio Pedro Uqueio has worked with leading international companies across the global energy and engineering sector, including:

- Jindal Africa
- Schlumberger (SLB)
- Halliburton
Through these roles he has developed deep expertise in engineering environments, project execution and international energy markets, particularly across Africa and other emerging regions.
His professional focus spans mining, oil & gas and environmental projects, sectors that remain fundamental to global economic development and the evolving energy landscape.
Entrepreneur and Strategic Project Developer
In addition to his corporate career, Julio Pedro is an entrepreneur and project developer.
He is the Managing Director and Founder of Mati2ilt, a company providing engineering and sustainability solutions, as well as Uq Group Holding, where he focuses on the development and structuring of large-scale projects.
His work is centred on building partnerships between:

- Institutional investors
- International industry partners
to facilitate the development of strategic projects across energy, natural resources and sustainable infrastructure sectors.
